    nraas town decreaser?

    i read somewhere that nraas has a mod that stops the town from populating automatically. i really hate that it does that. i went to the website but i seriously cannot understand any of it. if its real, can someone send me the link to the download page for it please? :P

      That would be the StoryProgression Mod but that does a lot more so if you're looking for something that stops JUST immigration, I would go with No Immigration or Emigration for EA SP by Twoftmama here: http://simsasylum.com/tfm/

      You need to register for free to see the mods. It's also not updated for 1.55 so you will need to wait until it is (if you're at 1.55 that is)
