    How do you build 2nd story foundation?

    In the IP world,there are lots of house that are on the stilt foundations and the stills are tall, whenever I build the stilt columns are low and dont allow me to lift the height like the houses on the water. Does anyone know what I mean and can you explain how to make this work?

      no good at descriptions but ill try,

      I figure out what level/height I want and highten the terrain in a small section and start building the foundation on that height with alt or ctrl down to lower it, the when I have got the foundation done I flatten the area, and If I make a different level I do the same to different heights

      If you want your stilts taller, raise the dry ground to the height you want and start dragging them from the land side toward the water; they should adjust.
