I recently build two beach house starters which in my opinion would fit great with the new EP coming out.

I used the Constrainfloorelevation cheat to do so. There might be a way without the cheat but I haven't figured it out yet Maybe a stair will fit if the upper platform is even higher and the lower one even lower.

How did you get your steps like that in the entrance of the second house? I can't get the steps to work in my game when I build over water.

I used the constrainfloorelevation cheat to make those stairs and deck work. However I do believe it's possible to make a lower deck without a cheat. I haven't tried this yet do but I believe that when the height difference is big enough it will work without the cheat.
