Dragon Valley sim point bundle

Does anyone know how long it takes for the sim point bundle to show up when you have bought the gold edition of dragon valley? I wanted to use it to buy the duke of bows so I could get the black dragon, it's been an hour since I bought dragon valley.

I purchased the Gold bundle yesterday and have yet to receive Dragon Valley or Celtic Lands! I received 1900 points and Monte Vista AGAIN as a Free Item. Can anyone help me figure out why this happened. I expected to get what I paid for and I didn't.
