The Exchange Issue, Help Please

I been trying to download a Sim from the exchange because I really like his look. Anyway whenever I push download it goes though the usually popups and while the it downloads it gets about almost done downloading but then stops. A message pops up saying "There was an error while downloading content. Please see the Log for more details" I waited a few days and tried but still got the message. I waited a few hours and tried again but still get the message.
Im not really sure what this means and its the first time I got this message before. If someone could help me thanks very much.
As well I already combed though the forums but could not find anything that could help.
