Sim Stuck in Ground

I've found one of my neighbor sims to be stuck in the ground, even when he's inside his home.

I tried the resetsim but to no avail.

If resetSim doesn't work then temporarily switch to this sim's household for a little while. Select the sim who is stuck to the ground and with the 'testingcheatsenabled true' activated you should be able to shift click on the ground anywhere and click teleport me here. Your problem should be sorted. However it seems that its a 'sim stuck on swing' glitch so if it doesn't work just cancel the sim's 'ride swing' action and the sim should get off the swing and you should be sorted so you can switch back to your own household.

Seems to be happening a lot of late - evict the sim in edit town mode, then put them back in their house.
