Bunch of clothes on my game

There are a bunch of clothes I want gone on my game. I deleted some of them from the download manager but there are hella more I cant find. I deleted everything from the downloads folder but the clothes are still there. Is there some way I can delete them? I think they may have something to do with all my colors disappearing. I dont want uninstall and do it all over again, can you help?

Are they CC clothes, or downloaded from the store? Because if it's CC clothes, you should try clearing your caches.

yeah they're cc clothes. i downloaded some sims and now they are hella clothes. and how do i clear my caches? what else will it affect if i do?

Here is how to find and remove CC, it applies whether the cc is bad or you just don't want it.
