'Installed' content not appearing

I have downloaded and installed many many items in the past but now I have found that since uninstalling and re-installing my game, none of the content I have purchased will work.
Previously purchased in-game store content fails to successfully install and newly purchased content will install but not display in the game.
What is wrong with this? Is it the new patch 1.50??
