Saving on secondary harddrive?

My games are installed on a secondary(internal) harddrive, however whenever I save it uses up space on my primary drive(which doesn't have much space). I was wondering, is there anyway to change this? (I asked a similar question yesterday about installing games on my secondary drive, and managed to find a way to do so, however this minor issue is still frustrating). I use Windows 7.

Save files are always stored under the "my documents" folder on C.
I believe I've heard of a way to assign your documents folder to another location (in windows settings) but not sure if this is really possible and thus can not tell you how.
