campus cruiser?

how do i use the campus cruiser? i've tried putting in a driveway but it wont let me place it on there it says, 'cant intersect other objects', ive tried just placing it on the lot... ive tried 'moveobjects on' and placing them adding it to my inventory so he can just use it when he needs it but no dice. how can i use it?
