    Starting a blog in university life

    I can't seem to see an option for starting a blog and I made my lifetime wish blog artist.

    Am I supposed to be doing something to unlock this feature? Will browsing the web unlock this?

      Get a couple skill points in the social networking skill, soon there will be a new option on the smart phone to use the blog app. :)
