You're welcome. I really do appreciate your build. Enjoy your hard earned prizes.
note: As I don't own all EPs/SPs/Store items I judged from pictures only!
@ moosenhagen Little Fairy Castle
What I really liked about your castle was the tower made of stone. It is eye-catching. Furthermore the windows and doors you used match the style of your house. Your garden and pond would be perfect for a fairy. The terrace with the easel on it is a nice touch, too. Using wooden floor inside was a right and fitting choice in my opinion.
Unfortunately you did not use the maximum of six pictures you were allowed to post here. It would have been better to inclue one bird-eye-shot and have close shots of e.g. your living or dining room. I also would have loved to see some curtains in your kitchen and/or living room.
@ aricrai Thurston House
Spotting all these little (and big) nerdy details like a statue of a simbot, skeleton, ipad, globe, books makes your lot enjoyable. Your pictures are of good quality and show your lot in all facets. The color chioce of your interior design matches in every room. However, I would rather call it a "sor-nerdity" than a "fra-nerdity" because of the soft colors you used.
I did not like that you put some paintings/décor items over the border (can't think of a better word) on your walls that use two patterns. (I hope you understand what I mean. Sorry, English is not my first language.) You also lost points in the landscaping category as I doubt that nerds would let their beloved chess game, chemnistry set and telescope stand on simple grass.
While I like the overall design of your house it doesn't scream "nerd" to me. That's the reason you lost some points in the "Wow-factor" category.
@PetaT Fairy Starter
The way you used the stairs outside your home is awesome. I also like your choice of patterns on your interior walls. You gave your home that special vibe that would make a Sim possibly feel "at home" when s/he enters this house for the first time.
However, adding curtains in your kitchen/bedroom would have been a good idea. I also would have loved to see a greater variety of flowers in the garden beneath your house.
Island Loggings
Great chioce to build this lot in ST. Using items and patterns from the tiki-set and wood patterns was smart. The small balcony on the back of your house is lovely. Seeing your house for the first time it is easy to tell what kind of Sims it was built for (islanders).
I have to say that your berry Sims ruined the screenshots for me. They would have been okay in a house for an occult typ of Sim. Your bedrooms are not matching the rest of the house. They are also lacking of furniture (why not putting a chair/dresser/end table/coffee table there?).
I'd love to see a singing career in game, EA! You can't let the singing skill go to waste! My TS4 EPs: GTW, GT, CL, C&D, S, GF, IL, DU, EL, SE, CoL, HSY, GrT, HR, FR GPs: OR, SD, DO, V, P, JA, SV, RoM, DHD, MWS
Why is this called Brave New World? Have you read that book or are we finally accepting that our Sims just brainwashed and conditioned from birth to do whatever we tell them?
...Oh my god. The Sims is Brave New World.
Apologies for the late reply, but rl getting in the way again.
Thank you very much for the gifts ErnesaT and thank you for the feedback erja888, I agree with what you had to say and will keep that in mind for future builds.

Yes, I read the book about 30 years ago, as a teen. Author is Aldous Huxley. I figured it was a great name for sims just starting out in the world.
I dont know when I can spent the rest of the points but if you want to wait for me to put more in my WL or find a friend who needs something let me know please. Sorry for taking so long to spend the points but I have lovely friends who keep clearing my WL.

In fact, I don't think I formally thanked my judges. Thank you all so much.
It would be great for aliens! Beautiful! Off to rec!
I will take it into consideration in my next theme build
Thank you so much Lyndz for sharing your well deserved winnings with me and thank you so much Ernesa for the wonderful gift!
