Kissing Booth Routing Issue

I am having the worst time with kissing booths.

I send my sim to attend the booth and when others come to kiss him, they flail and yell with the routing issue bubble above their head. My festival lot is the Cannery so I thought I'd edit the lot and move the light that was near it and even moved the booth. Same problem persisted. I then tried to Edit Town and put in a different festival lot (from showtime) but it seems to have a problem as well.

Does anyone else have this issue and/or know how to solve it?

Yes I've had this issue many times. Sometimes it helps if you move it a little.

Thanks, I guess I'll just keep trying a nudge this way and a nudge that way and see if I can find the sweet spot.
