      so which world are u playing...overwatch can eliminate homeless sims ...though i think u need to turn that on...but look

      ok.....so checking if overwatch has dumped homeless ...

      nraas/overwatch/setting/clean up homeless ....false is the default but see if it says true

      I just loaded a brand new Moonlight Falls game. Then checked the population using Master Controller. It's showing a population of 29 males and 35 females = 64

      You might want to check your population total. Click computer - Nraas - Master Controller - Demographics - Population - Human
