Launcher still not uploading sims =(

I have been trying for a month to Upload Sims to the exchange. I did successfully upload a "household" but it will not upload an individual Sim.

I have tried across two different computers (I use a hard drive and copy the file to the other and try uploading from there) and neither works, but uploading households seem to work just fine =(

Any suggestions as to why I cannot upload individual Sims?

I am with you. i have Sims that are being removed for no reason, even though the pattern i used to make the outfits, were loaded to the exchange no problem. Personally i think there is something wrong with the exchange, why no one is answering us on this issue.
Zynga uses something like a net nanny, that even though you didn't use a bad word, if the program think you did, you get your post removed and you get a warning. in some cases banned without warning because of a program error.
i think the exchange has something like this program attached to it, and its causing all these problems. not allowing Sims to be uploaded.
