MPEG-4

Are mpeg-4 files supposed to work in custom music? As it does not work for me buit others have said it works fine... All my music is on itunes so ALL of it is mpeg-4, it will be really annoying if I cannot use it in game.

Get ALL Converter to conver the ones you want to mp3 - that's what i had to do as I too use 100% iTunes.

You don't need to download anything to convert your files to mp3 format. Go to itunes, then edit, then preferences, then import settings.

Once you click on that, change AAC encoder to mp3 encoder. Save all the changes. Now you will be able to right click the song you want to use in Sims and you will have the option to create mp3 version. Create a the version, and a copy of the song will appear. Drag and drop the copy into the customs folder of sims.

    Hope this helps!
