      Thread is officially open!

      To our requesters: I want to let you all know that as a team, we have currently decided to limit the seasonal lot marker to community lots only. We made this decision for several reasons, but ultimately it's to ensure a positive user experience with our builds. Thanks for everyone's understanding!
