Friend Request Issue

People are sending me Friend Requests and I see the picture of the two little people side by side when I log in with the number one beside it, but when I try to accept the request or go see who is sending it well it says I have no friend requests.

Also I get E-mails telling me about a Friend Request and I click on the link to go to the page to click Accept or Decline but nothing comes up and it says I have no Friend Requests when I do, so can someone tell me what is going on? I tried the logging in and out thing but that also does nothing.

This is also happening with my E-mail, it says I have two new E-mail but when I click the E-mail icon to go see them it says I have no new E-mail.
