Sims getting stuck in skating rink

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but it seems one or two sims keep getting stuck in the rink and everyone just skates around them as if they weren't there. They are standing there hollering their heads off, and beleive it or not, I've had my sim go back the next day and they are still there. Freaky.

open the cheat box and type in resetsim *

That will free all sims and teleport them back home and reset them . your sims included

or hover your mouse over them and find out their names and in the cheatbox type in resetsim and then their full name and that will teleport that sim home
