Halp~! Sim family problem.. glitch.. thing..

So, in one of my families I had my sim marry Yuri ivanov from riverview and I ended up getting the supernatural zombie glitch so I saved the family and made a new riverview town and now it's saying the two children of original yuri and my sim are the kids of second yuri and my sim. How do I fix this without re-marrying him/deleting him? Is there a way or am I stuck with it like that..? ((Note: They haven't ever even met second yuri when I figured this out. None of them have.)) I only ask because it's for my legacy and I don't really want the family tree messed up.
