      That happened to me too.
      Dont worry - your store stuff is still there. Go back on to the store and redownload for free. It lets you redownload what you have downloaded before without charging you.

      I'm so sorry :cry: There's a way to try and restore the automatic backup that the game makes. Check the Ask Aarin thread and see if it tells you how to do it there. There might be a chance to restore it. :cry:

      Ah. Sorry about that. But yeah, what the other person said, I guess, is true. :D Just redownload de stuff. And I'm sure you can just redownload your own sim and such.

      just tried to do the back up, but the saves folder is empty o_O

      I lost my whole legacy this way. I was on second generation as adults and then poof they all vanished. :cry: It is because a save gets corrupted and doesnt save right - it wipes everything out. I learned - save under two different names.. like if I have "Family".. I save another file as "Family1". I dont know how much it would really help since I havent experienced it again.

      I turned my game on this morning and had the exact same issue. All of my saved games were gone, my whole neighbourhood wiped clean like the day I first played and all of my poor families gone. I still have my store stuff in the launcher to reinstall but I just think it's strange this happened. :cry:
