    Error Code 12 and Error Code 16

    Since the patch, I've had each of this errors once. The Read Me text says to contact customer service. Anyone either know how to reach customer service (since it doesn't seem to be posted anywhere) or know how to fix these errors? :(

      I've seen a few threads that said it could be a RAM issue and 4 GB should do it. I have 4 GB.

      I've added Twallan's Master Controller to shut off the memory system. Perhaps I should export my family to a new game.
