"Unable to connect to Origin" Can't update my game!!

:evil:Yep, I get that message everytime I try to update my game...no game updates, screwed up glitchy game...I feel...angry!
So does anyone know an actual fix to this, ya know, fixed as in--I can actually put updates on my game
...or how do I manually update even? I just want my game to be updated! Please Help!

Are you running the latest version of Origin? The download manager should update itself the next time you start it while connected to the internet. Otherwise the latest version of that application can be downloaded from the following link:
http://www.dm.origin.com/download
Once the latest Origin client is installed and running, try updating via the launcher again.
If you are still unable to patch via the launcher, you can download and apply the latest standalone PC base game Super Patcher. To that end, you can check out the following sticky thread:
