I used to have a save file that I had been playing for 7 generations. After generation 6 I gave the game a "break" and didn't play at all for about a week or two. Now that I've come back to it all my save files are gone, all my store content is gone, and the neighborhood bin is empty. It's basically like when you first install the game, when nothing is there. It even brought me through the tutorial again. :? I tried recovering the save files through the .backup files but there were none.

How do I recover the families that I lost?
