Microsoft will stop support of XP in April 2014 so it makes sense that developers will take that into consideration...whether it's games or otherwise.

At this point anyone still on XP needs to seriously look at upgrading soon or be left in the dust trail when it comes to games or anything else.

Out of curiosity...how do you know "half of ya" still have WinXP?

Computers and technology continually improve. If developers kept supporting older computers and operating systems we wouldn't get anywhere or advance in any way. Imagine if game developers still had to make their games support Windows '93.

Windows 7 here! TS4 should support Win7, right?

All current games support current operating systems. XP is no longer current, so it is being phased out.
