Cant install any Sims since 1.38 patch?

Hi guys, im having a problem installing sims into my game.
Before updating to patch 1.38 I did a complete re install of all my games with half the CC I used to have.
Ive re downloaded and installed all my brought store content and downloaded some of my fav houses and pets which have gone on fine but when i try to install any sims I get the following message:
My game IS up to date before anyone asks :?
