After installing SuperNatural....Re-Zoning BUG!

After I installed the SuperNatural expansion i experienced a problem with Re-Zoning my lots in Edit Town mode.
After i choose "community" for a lot, the drop down menu, it pops on the screen and goes away. I can't click on any option because its only on the screen for a split second.
So i kept clicking the drop down menu in frustration, and it just appears and quickly dissapears.
Please help!
I downloaded the "shopping mall" from the Exchange and i cannot change it from Residential to Community.
