Haven't recived the e-mails for the Limited Edition Content (ordered from Origin)

I only got the code for registering the game, what do you do if you never got the codes for the limited edition content?

I don't know what to tell you cause they are not giving anyone right now what they ordered. I ordered a physical copy of the game and I just found out that they didnt send it out till this past friday and I won't have my game till the 6th. I am very mad right now cause I ordered it over a month ago. So from now on Origin will not get my business.
