    The Witch's Zombie Ritual Picture?

    From other pictures in the same preview, I know that's a witch and those look like zombie hands to me.

      so witches that are zombies can still cast spells?

      No, they have a spell that can summon a zombie. The witch is just showing off the new skintones by being a misleading colour.
