    The Tugboat fits into the empty lot at the docks of Lucky Palms. I hope you enjoy it - it has twenty fishtanks (most of which are custom) and the smoke stacks on the boat are actually functioning.

      Fantastic video! What software did you use to create it? It really shows off your commercial lot. ;)
      Definitely rec'd, great job with creating such a cutely-themed hotel and casino, by far one of the best I've seen so far.
