    Godshelpio's builds. Newest WIP. a luxury resort casino hotel. in honor of my friends

    I have been working on this particular build for a little over a month now. here is a little sneak peak. It is currently almost done, I have been getting the garden to perfect, and making small changes here and there. I was hoping to do a video tour of this build, as it is truly a masterpiece in my eyes. saddly, my computer is just not very good. and the video would be choppy, and really not do this epic build justice. so here is a little sneak peek. just the front picture for now. tomorrow I will be taking pictures and putting them here as well.

      I am having a hard time taking very good pictures, that are not only beautiful, but informative as well... i did happen to luck out and get these two taken, and edited to show which rooms are which. Please bear with me, I am really not good at editing pictures at all. :)

      Very soon to be uploaded, just getting my last perfect plant grown to maturity. :)

      WOW! :shock: :shock: This is incredibly beautiful! :D I love mediterranean style of builds and yours looks gorgeous! I adore the architecture. Great job with the roof and window placement. Do you have some pictures of the interiors and the landscaping? Would love to see it. Left you a very well deserved recommendation. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

      As you can tell by my signature, I have started a new build series.

      SIMply Starters.

      Here is a "Single XL" Starter that I have just made, I hope you all enjoy!

      SIMply Starter, Mini Cottage

      Everyone has to start somewhere in their game. And I have always loved to build starters. So, I am going to try to release a new starter every single week. There are a few different types of starters that i will be building.

      single:the name says it all.. these little starters are priced just right for one sim, and most of the time they are intended for just one sim.

      Single XL:This type of starter is priced for just one sim, However I have built it to accomodate a small family. A Single XL is built with more than one bedroom, ussually just two. A perfect starter for a couple that wants to save some extra money, and get started with a family.

      Couple:the name once agian says it all. This starter is perfect for a couple, priced just right, and ussually comes with two or three bedrooms. And one or two bathrooms.

      Couple XL:This Starter is priced just right for a couple, However it offers much more than just a couple starter. Like the couple starter it has two or three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It also has a nice yard to accomodate children, and family functions.

      Family starter:This starter is certianly unusual, Most sims start out single, or as a couple.. Rarly do sim families start out from CAS. This Family Starter is priced just right for a Family that you are ready to move in and play with. It has three, or four bedrooms, and two or three bathrooms. A generous yard for your sim family to enjoy, and an area for skill building.

      To answer your previous post (sorry didnt see till a little bit ago) I dont have any other pictures, unfortunatly my computer is really on its last leg with this video card that i have.. when i take pictures i have to use them right away, then delete them from my computer. I hope that my husband gets his bonus soon. he said he would get me a better computer so i could effectivly play my games. haha.. as it stands right now, i cant play more than 10 minutes without serious freezing issues. I know that its not CC. cause i have none, with the exception of some hairs from new sea sims, and peggy sims. and some clothes from liana sims. both are considerd to be "safe" cc from what i have heard.

      Please feel free to download it. There is not CC, and it really is a build that you have to explore to see how nice it is.. i personaly love the master bath, and closet. lol.. also, there are quite a few nectar shelves that are stocked with awesome nectar. ;)

      Please excuse my gridlines, but i just had to show my newest WIP. obviously it is far far from finished. I started building this lot yesterday in honor of some very awesome friends of mine, who absolutly made my day yesterday. I will be Honoring their names all throughout this build. It is a luxury resort casino and hotel. here is just a small sample of it. as i said before, please excuse my gridlines. lol. It is a very raw image.

      I know all about lags and freezes! I have the same issue with my game. :( My graphics card is very good one and I do not understand why it has problem handling the game. Wonder if something else is the reason for the freezes and lags! :?: Just like you I do not use any CC or mods or hacks in my game either. I only use EA and TS3 store items in my game and builds.

      I had some problems with my computer last week, and hade to restore my entire computer back to factory. So i lost everything, all my saved games, builds.. EVERYTHING.. So that means that i lost the casino/hotel that i was working on..

      No worries, because the past few days I have been re-building.. it isnt quite done. but... here is a sneek peek.

      those of you who are having problems with freezing check your memory I know I have alot of games on my computer so the memory is terrible and every 15 seconds it freezes.

      Another update, due to my computer breaking i never did get to finish the casino, hope to do it soon.

      However, i would like to post a pic of my current WIP. built on a 20x15 lot. 3 bed, 2 and 1/2 baths. formal living, and dinning, and laundry room. I am making it as a gift for someone.. i am also hoping to get the price down to 20,000 for a family starter.. what a challenge... here is the pic.

      Lots of work to do with it still, just started building about 5 hours ago. i need to CAS some more things, and currently the price is 30,000 ish. so i might need to make some changes..
