The Sim Named Stradian. Help Me Find Her/Him.

So I was talking to my friend a while ago and I noticed that on his game his sim had a really nice skin. When I asked him where he got it from he said someone named Stardian. So does anyone know of Stradian's website or anything so that I could get her skin and possibly other cc?
