Using a second work outfit

Is anyone else having problems with this? I tried to change her hair style for the second outfit, but it changed it for the first one and the second one has that stupid little hat. I've tried deleting the second career outfit, but it won't delete. Please help

But one of my sims worked with business and had ugly clothes so I made alternative clothing to him. One day, he could not go to work. nothing worket, resetsim didn't work. Error trap gave me some information that led me to his choice of clothing. I change all his clothes and then he could go to work again.
