I bought points yesterday and was getting some things off my wish list. I had 2000 points left but when i went to check my purchase history i had 2 hidden springs and lost my points. how can i get them back i dont need 2 of the same thing, i didn;t think it let you buy 2! please help i need a hotline phone number.

The first time it happened, I sent an e-mail, and it took three days and a LOT of perseverance to get the different support-persons on the other end to even acknowledge that it was *possible* for the store to charge you twice.
But the live chat person just asked for my e-mail, checked my account, saw the double charge and refunded.
