    help i lost 2000 points is there an 800 number i can call?!

    I bought points yesterday and was getting some things off my wish list. I had 2000 points left but when i went to check my purchase history i had 2 hidden springs and lost my points. how can i get them back i dont need 2 of the same thing, i didn;t think it let you buy 2! please help i need a hotline phone number.

      Scroll to the bottom of your browser window and click "Contact Us". I don't know if they will be able to help you but it is a place to start. :) Good Luck.

      They should be able to help you. I had a similar issue, and the tech support person was able to check it and refunded my points within ten minutes.
      This was in live chat, by the way.

      The first time it happened, I sent an e-mail, and it took three days and a LOT of perseverance to get the different support-persons on the other end to even acknowledge that it was *possible* for the store to charge you twice.

      But the live chat person just asked for my e-mail, checked my account, saw the double charge and refunded.
