Are you able to place two seats at this table? It seems that only ONE chair will fit correctly. Without the other chair I am not able to use the additional functions with other sims.The chair to the right fits correctly for a sim to sit, however none of the other slots place the chair close enough to the table.

Has anyone found a chair that fits? :x :oops:

Try using the chair that came with the set. That worked for me

That's a shame! I was hoping for a Seance (4 or more to a table) too.

Only one of the four slots fits a chair. The other 3 slots are a touch too far from the table and I am not able to "Tell another sims' fortune". I too thought it was a chess table type format, but not one chair fits around the table.

I tried... nothin'. Even the moveobjects on cheat will not fit it correctly into the slot.

I don't think any chair will sit flush with the table but as long as you have two chairs both sims should sit down.

Try moving the chairs around the table and then... move the table?

Silly question,does she know another sim on the lot?Maybe you can only tell the fortunes of sims you know and not strangers.I haven't tried it yet on a community lot with townies.

Yea, I tried everything. I also just noticed she is stirring up the cauldron without anything in her hands.

Ok, well 1 out of 3 premium items work. I guess I got my money's worth. :?

Yea her husband is in the house and they have a very high relationship level.

I recall the last patch said it fixed the ladle. Are you patched currently? Are you using an CC?

Hmm, are you using Hidden Springs? Or the Gothique Library? Sorry for all the questions just trying to narrow down the variables.

Going to be hard to narrow it down. I own the entire store and everything is installed. :P (yes I have both installed) I guess I may have to take some items out to "test"

To anyone else who has this new set, do you have hidden springs or any other PC items installed?

If you don't mind me asking, what other premium content do you have installed? The animations work on all 3 new magic items for me, just the ladle stays invisible.

I have it all.I have a sim learning a spell on the spell book right now to see if I get any animations.I also use tons of CC hair and clothing so I don't think that is the issue.

For the ladle thing, what about resetting your sim? Is that not an option?

I can still use my spell book.Although if it is suppose to have animation(such as sparks and glittery stuff)then I don't have that.

Ahh p.oop. Well I tried anything that would make a difference, including starting up a vanilla game with no mods or CC. Ladle is still invisible. I may have to start pulling items out to see what is causing it.
