    Banner With Flags?

    I'm looking in the metadata for the flags hanging on a line that were used over the streets in Appaloosa Plains, but I've not got the slightest clue what the **** thing's called-would somebody please tell me?

      I can't quite remember the name, but it's something along the lines of "Street Banner"

      If I remember correctly, they are almost at the very bottom of the environment section. I was looking around in it yesterday :)
