A Request!

Hi there! I have a blank copy of Sunset Valley and I am filling it with Lots and populating it with Sims. I have an irritating, large, blank lot measuring 31x50 and I have absolutely nothing to fill it with. I don't even have any lots close to that size. I think that the original lot that filled up that spot was an Art Gallery?
Anyways, I would love a lot of some sort to fill that big, empty space. Perhaps some sort of club, or an art gallery, or maybe a graveyard (because I don't have one yet)...I don't want any rabbitholes, I don't want a residential lot, and I don't want a park...
If someone could make me something, I would be most grateful and forever in your debt

You might want to post a request to the D.N.A Request team. They do custom lots.
