All about CC. Starting this thread for a place to share good Custom Content sites and Pros and Cons

Hi everyone. I have been using some custom content the past few days. Wish EA could make more then house sets. It is nice to find new things out there. I so far have found Mod The Sims and Around the Sims 3. Any good sites out there that you want to share? Also I would love to see some pictures of some nice creations you have made with it.
Also how does this work with uploading? I double test the CC but will others get that in their game without having to install it if they want one of my downloads? Do not worry as I will always list if the uploads I make have CC. Let me know your thoughts on this. Thanks!
