This is so cute, I could bearly contain myself!

I had to paws for a moment to catch my breath.

This is a honey of a starter.

It looks like just the kind of place my cubs would love to hibernate.

    I left a DL & REC.

Now, hand over that picnic basket, BooBoo...

Ooooh this is adorable! :D:D Love it! Looks like one of the cottages in one of the fairy tales! I know how hard it is to build a starter and you did a wonderful job. May I ask how much does it cost in simolians? Is it 18K? Left you a well deserved recommendation.   This build is inspiring me to build starters myself. It is challenging to build a nice starter. Particularly when you have to work with fixed budget. :D

Oh my gosh, that was by far the cutest comment I have gotten on any of my builds! :D

Hi Yanti - thank you so much for your comments! I didn't write the exact price down, but it is priced for a single sim starting so just under 16,500. I believe it came close, like somewhere around 16,487. I had it lower, but just had to add more decor. :D I can't wait to see the starters that you bring to the table - I know you will do an excellent job with them. I got started on doing starters for a contest when I figured out that I have a hard time with budgeting when I build. I'm getting better....

Thank you so much! Micro-homes are usually what I do. I love being creative with space. I always get excited at the chance to build a 10X10. My smallest lot is a 9X9 - I got that lot size through Create A World. I was building bunkers at the time.

I really love using wood - it is just so natural. I recently tried a modern home and realized that it just isn't my thing.... maybe another day.... Have a seat with that hot chocolate! :D
