    Cant get any purchased items to download to game. Please help!

    I can't seem to get any of my purchased items to download to the game from the Store. Same with the exchange. I can't download any sims or pets or anything. I click download and then nothign happens. I am signed in. I dont have a pop up blocker. It all used to work but now nothing will download to the game.

    Can anyone please help me?

      im not the tech in the house but first thing that comes to mind is have you updated origin(ea's download client) ? tried a different browser? um not sure what else maybe check the different bug threads in the different forums?
