    My husband and I are expecting our second child in mid-April. A couple days ago, we found out that our soon-to-be is a girl. We have a few names that we're bouncing around but, I thought it would be fun to see what kind of names you all could come up with. Each person can enter up to 5 times (more suggestions are welcome but you will only be put 'in the hat' a maximum of 5 times) and I will randomly select two names via a number generator - each winner will be gifted a 50 point item. I'll close this in a couple days ... or sooner if I get tons of name suggestions.

    Her middle name will be Rae. Last name begins with an S.

    Dennis - father
    Kendra - mother
    Dresden - brother

    Edited to update the subject line - twice because it doesn't like me.

      Congratulations!

      If my husband and I were to have a daughter we're considering the following names:

      Meredith, Anneka, Bridget, or Emilly. None of those sound particularly nice with the middle name Rae, though. Emily comes closest. Emma? Emmy?

      Anyway, congrats again, and best wishes to you and your family!

      Two of the three names we're tossing around start with K for that reason:
      Kaeden and Kennedy

      Edited to state that a K name suggestion isn't necessary - this is just a fun lottery!

      side note, i was born in april, aprill 11th on easter sunday to be exact.. :) and my name is heidi, although i love my name, i think it would have been neat to have a name like easter. haha
