Yes it does have all the venues and 3 LN venues (Watering Hole, Dance Club, and Fusin Lounge)

The only thing I didn't include (I just realized it yesterday) that I totally forgot to include BookStore/Spa Rabbit Hole. Don't know hoe it could happen

I can't use this as it has a corrupt package attached to it. I tried to remove it using custard but it caused custard to crash.

I didn't know it has a corrupt file. I checked if I can download it from the exchange and it works fine for me. I don't know what's the problem. Maybe the exchange. Anyways - I uploaded this world to Mediafire. You can try to download it from there. Link:

Re downloaded from mediafire and checked with Custard. It is fine now except there is one piece of custom content. It's clothing. The exchange has problems at times it seems. Will install and see how it plays. Thanks.

Managed to get rid of the custom content. For some reason I couldn't get rid of it with custard which is how I usually get rid of custom content from worlds. I used the S3su program and unpacked the file. Then I deleted the custom content and repacked the world. It works fine and is a lovely flat Island.

I moved my Sim couple and their horse in and the horse was galloping about on the sand and my Sims went along to the beach lot right away and had a great time.

I just posted this in case anyone else wants to delete the one piece of custom content. it is a great little Island and i shall enjoy playing it. Thank you for making it.

As far as I know - yes. It can't be with CC because I don't have any CC in my game (except the store items)

I don't have any idea how it got there cause I don't have any CC myself. But I'm happy to hear that at least you were able to download it from mediafire

I see the problem now. I call Sims 3 store items custom content. There are hundreds of items available and I have a lot of them but not all. As far as I know they count as custom content and many people don't have all of them. So when I read no cc I don't expect store items.

Anyhow, the neighborhood is great and runs beautifully.

I'm glad to hear that you don't have issues with it

Yesterday I started to play the new version without population and I like it more - for some reason it plays more flawlessly. I guess one of the families that was in the old version caused some issues

P.S. - I can't believe that once again I forgot to add the Book Store/Spa rabbit halls :shock:. I was so concentrated on removing the population that I forgot about that. So anyone who wants to have this combined rabbit hall (that came with pets) - open edit town mode, go to Bistro Plaza, open cheat console and type "moveobjects on". Behind the Bistro building there is room to add that rabbit hall
