To contact Support via Live Chat, do the following:
1 - Click on Help located at the top right of the navigation bar on the Sims3.com website
2 - Click on Talk to a Game Advisor
3 - Log in with your username and password - the username will be your email address associated with your user account
4 - Fill in the requisite form data fields for sections 1-3
5 - Under section 4 select Live Chat

I am really distressed and in need of help. I am having issues with starting a new game in the Sims 3. I unloaded and reloaded the sims maybe five times and Have even loaded it on to different computers. I need help and here is my problem.
When i launch the sims 3 newest version everything is okay until i get to the map loading screen then it starts... it never loads... and if i minimize the game it shows me "the sims 3 stopped working"
