Error code shows up when I pull up the game Launcher?

The error code says: There was an error during startup. Please see the log for more details. After I click OK it closes out the launcher.
How can I get rid of this message?

Have you updated your EADM to Origin?
You can download it here:

Scroll down and look for this
Obtain the latest available version of Origin at:

Also try updating Adobe Air which Origin needs to run correctly;

My Origin is up-to-date and I've also updated my Adobe Air. It still shows up My base game works fine unless I have Pets installed, then the error code shows up. Thanks for the advice!

Ive tried everything, Ive sat at my computer for hours for 2 days trying to get it sorted ): Ive got no CC or mods.. and the files it says to delete like the version.tag thing and the files in the ddcache are not present.

Ive currently only got the base game installed updated to the latest patch and it still wont work.. Ive also un-installed and re-installed all my games 3 times AND rebooted and redownloaded the updated version of origin. Im not moaning, and I genuinely have tried everything.
