System Requirement Lab!

I have been wondering what my problem was with the game and when I read a topic about the system requirement checker..It solved everything. I finally figured out that the reason why my game keeps crashing and going back to my desktop with out warning is because I dont meet the requirements for the game. So here is my questions:

1) Where can I get a Video card that works for the game but doesnt hurt my wallet?
2) Whats a CPU? and how and where can I get whatever it is for a cheap price again without hurting my wallet?

well to answer your 1st question I went to the store and let them check my computer out and they fixed my problem, If your computer is fairly new it should be easy to get and cheaper than a older computer. They can range from $99 (Aus money) to $1000. I had to order mine in because there was only 6 left in the entire country ( I have a fairly old comp, 2003 hp) and it set me back $180. So hopefully it wont cost that much cheers
