hidden outfit?? how can i find it?

there is an outfit that came with world adventures or ambitions, im not sure which one but i know it was one of the two. anyways,, it is a full outfit, a skirt and top, the top has a high collar in the back and sides. it would show up sometimes for young adult and adult female sims but i havent seen it a while. is there anyway to make it show up all the time? i tried unlock all outfits but it just shows the work outfits, also i tried using the stylist station and it wasn't there. Does anyone know what i'm talking about or how to make it show up?

If that is the outfit, her ya go, I unlocked it so you wouldn't have to keep using a cheat to get it, available for everyday and formal:

If you wanted it without cheating/downloading cc, have your Sim reach level 10 in the Stylist career. It's an unlock outfit with that career
