    Hidden Springs Installed - but not playable!

    I've purchased, downloaded and installed Hidden Springs, and when I click on "+New Game" from the main menu, I see Twinbrook, Barnacle Bay, and Riverview as options, but Hidden Springs doesn't show up! :(

    Has anyone else had this problem?

      Same problem here, along with the Goth spellbook. The installer shows up, everything's okay. I close TS3, open it again and it's gone.

      I'm having a similar problem, but I have purchased it and tried to download it and it will not show up in my game launcher for installation. My Sim points have been subtracted and it says that I own Hidden Springs but I cannot download it. Thoughts?
