Looking for a Mansion

I need a "Mansion" or a big fancy house for my sims. They are going to be the King and Queen of their world, and I am having trouble finding a nice place to live. Any suggestions?? I am not picky and will use CC/have all expansion packs except town life.

Any one know of any downloads that will fit my family?

i've made two houses in the past that might fufill your requirements, and i also have a wip

the first is actually a legit sort of castle/manor. its very spacious, very luxurious, but im not sure the yard is quite what your looking for, its basically all fountains and hedges, with a pool in back. but, it would certainly be perfect for a king and queen, if i do say so myself

and, if you're willing to wait a little, i have this wip, which is an english manor home. again though, lots of hedges and fountains, with a pool in back. super luxurious though, and its getting pretty close to being done

wow! Those houses are incredible! I consider myself a pretty good builder but I'd never be able to create something like that!

the latest wip is huge!

there's 10 bedrooms i think? each of which has an ensuite bathroom, plus there's several other bathrooms in the house. there's a formal first floor with several formal sitting rooms, a huge dining room, great hall, and a couple of other random fancy rooms. the second floor has an office and library, and, once completed, will have a regular kitchen, den, family room, and possibly one or two other things. i added this so that way the house would be livable; its not really practical to have a servants kitchen in the sims when they do all the cooking anyways. the third and fourth floors have all bedrooms; except-part of the fourth floor is a room that is only accessible through a hidden door (its pretty obvious to the player actually, but i suppose it might be exciting to your sim), and also, the master suite is two levels, with an enormous bathroom etc. it'll still be a little while before it's finished; is there anything you'd like me to add in the spaces i haven't done yet? also, the windows that i used throughout the entire house are store content, as are several items, i can make a list if you want. the most important i think is the windows though.

Well I dont have quite as much to offer as some of the others here! But if you want maybe a cozier yet still large and luxurious home I have my fully furnished 8 bedroom, 9 and a half bathroom traditional style luxury home. The download page has a few pictures. It is three stories in the front and four stories with the back because of the walkout basement. I think it has a three car garage and it also has a pool house. There is also a basement below the walkout basement with a wine cellar, weight room, art studio, etc. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! So much space but not the appeal of a mega mansion. Hope you like!

So the all in all it's a house that looks pretty normal on the outside but inside it's very large and spacious! Very deceiving!
