Possible "Adult Rated" Expansion Pack? Possibly an 18+ thread due to some wording.

Now before I discuss this, I really do feel that they could make a good profit from this idea. I have no idea if EA will take it seriously, but it's an idea that has been brewing in my head for a while.
First off some Ideas for if this came to be, yes it would be Rated for Adults. ONLY for this expansion Pack. Therefore it would not harm the original game rating if you don't have it. It would most likely only be available online, if sold in stores it would have to be behind the counter, available by request, and they MUST have an ID with them to prove they are 18 +. If they are not they cannot get it period. And if an Adult is buying this for their children unknowingly the cashier or site should explain to each adult what it is so that no issues may come up.
Now to assume "They can talk others into getting it for them. I assume EA has locked everyone's ages in when they registered on this site. Therefore cannot edit it to fit the "18" requirement. And to prevent them from just making an account (naturally you have to register to get special stuff) to register for JUST THAT GAME, they would have to have the Original Sims 3 registered for the site. And the only way they could do this is if they bought a brand new Sims 3 for a new code, since no one wants to buy 2 of something they already have. And the only way they could play this expansion is if they registered it.
Now that I got the age restriction and how to keep the youngins away from this till they are of age, now to explain what it would be.
When it comes to Sims 3 Online when it is released, that game would ignore the "Red Light" Expansion. I really don't see this playing a role in the Online thing. Unless another "town" is set up for the adult version of the game, but that would be up to EA.
Also, I'm throwing the idea out there for the fun of it. Like? Dislike? anymore Ideas to be added or taken out?

Red Light District (a certain part of town that has sexual activity in it, and only that part.)
If a sim doesn't want a permanent job, they can go to the Red Light District for a couple of hours to make some quick cash. (would more or less be under Part Time Job, and can work their way up to make more money each time)
Availability to do "Sexual activities" within ones home. If done elsewhere and Late Night is installed a "reputation" would pop up for the sim. (home is a safe zone from paparazzi)
A Casino
Horse Race Track (if Pets is installed)
the Gambler trait
a Strip club
"Stripper" Career
Pole dancers
a Pole that can be bought for exercising at home, or personal use.
a "**** industry" as a branch off of the Film business for sims who want to be **** stars
Toys that can be bought via computer and received in the mail box for adult sims only.
Other traits that would be appropriate for for the expansion
Drunk Trait
Alcoholic Beverages made at the bar that would make the sim act funny
if drunk the sims would have to walk home or call a cab.
Finding out the sims Sexual Orientation
Setting your sims sexual orientation
Unless sim is Bisexual they won't go with the gender they don't like.
Maybe a possible religion add on?

of course a few different religions that we can name as we enter a new "World"
