Can I delete these files in my TS3 folder?

I have a bunch of what I think are error logs. They say something along the lines of
xcpt HOME 11-07-14 22.45.43.mdmp and xcpt HOME 11-07-14 22.45.43
Are these safe to delete?

The MDMPs and associated text files are actually crash dumps generated by the game application in the event of a software crash. These files are placed in Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3. They are of no particular use to the player since such files are used for debugging purposes only. Please feel free to delete them to recover your hard disk space.
